Requests In, Tickets Out
The layer in front of service work. Anyone you allow can file a request with photos from their phone, the office triages what arrives, and the ones worth doing convert into a work ticket with a single action.
How a request becomes work
- Someone files a work order from the employee app or the office, with photos if it helps.
- It lands in a triage queue rather than somebody’s inbox.
- A ticket administrator reviews it, and either declines it with a reason or converts it.
- Converting creates one work ticket, linked back to the request it came from, and it can never create a second.
What you can manage
File From the Field
A phone sized form inside the employee app, in English or Spanish, with no app to install.
Photos Attached
Photographs ride with the request, so the office sees the problem rather than a description of it.
Triage Queue
Everything filed sits in one list with its status, instead of being scattered across text messages.
Convert to a Ticket
One action turns an approved request into a scheduled, billable work ticket.
Internal or Customer
Convert against a customer for billable work, or leave it internal when the work is your own.
Daily Digest
A scheduled summary of what came in, so nothing sits unread for a week.
