See the Week, Drag the Work

A ticket has an owner. The dispatch board gives it a time. Open work stages on one side, the week lays out in technician lanes, and scheduling a job is dragging it where it belongs.

How the day gets planned

  1. Unscheduled open tickets stage on the side, oldest first, so nothing ages out of sight.
  2. Drag one onto a technician’s lane and it is scheduled.
  3. Add travel padding so the next job is not booked over the drive to it.
  4. The technician opens their own day on a phone, with no app and nothing to install.

What you can manage

Week, Day and Month

Three views over the same schedule. Plan the week, then work a single day lane by lane.

Technician Lanes

One column per person, so a double booking is something you see rather than something you discover.

Staging Panel

Everything open and unscheduled, oldest first, waiting to be placed.

Drag to Schedule

Pick up a ticket and drop it on a time. Links inside the card still work while dragging does.

Travel Padding

Explicit travel time around a visit, because the drive is part of the day.

Warns, Never Blocks

Conflicts are flagged clearly and still allowed. The dispatcher decides, not the software.
