Per-Person Access for Field Technicians
A technician does not need the whole system. Give each person exactly the pages and tiles their work requires, track the credentials that qualify them, and take it all back the moment they hand in the van keys.
How access is granted
- Start from a template that matches the kind of technician you are setting up.
- Add or remove individual pages and tiles for that one person.
- Record the credentials they hold, each with its own expiry date.
- Revoke on the next request, not at the next login, so access ends when you say it ends.
What you can manage
Per-Person Grants
Access is built per technician rather than per job title. Removals always beat the template they started from.
Credential Tracking
Licences and certifications are recorded with expiry dates and a running history that is never overwritten.
Expiry Warnings
A nightly check warns at sixty and thirty days, then marks the credential lapsed on the day it expires.
Fails Closed
A lapsed credential blocks the print surfaces that depend on it. The system refuses rather than guessing.
Instant Revocation
Take a grant away and it is gone on the technician’s next page load, without waiting for a logout.
Clear Seat Counting
Billing counts people, not logins, so re-issuing somebody’s access never counts them twice.
