Signed HR Paperwork That Files Itself

Direct deposit, emergency contacts, background check authorisations and tax forms, sent to an employee for signature and written onto their record the moment they sign. No printing, no scanning, and no retyping a form somebody already filled in correctly.

How a form reaches an employee

  1. Pick the forms you need and attach them to the employee before they are sent.
  2. Several forms go out together in one packet email rather than one message per document.
  3. The employee signs on any device, with the sensitive fields masked as they type.
  4. At signature the answers apply themselves to the employee record and the signed PDF is filed against it.

What you can manage

One Packet, Many Forms

Send the whole onboarding set in a single email. The employee signs once through rather than chasing six separate links.

Applies at Signature

A signed direct deposit form updates the employee record itself. Nobody rekeys a bank number from a PDF.

Encrypted Fields

Bank numbers and tax identifiers are stored encrypted and stay hidden from anyone without the HR role.

Reusable Templates

Build a form once and reuse it. Drag the list into the order your onboarding actually follows.

HR Only, Server Side

The HR role is enforced on the server, not hidden in the page. Granting the page is not enough on its own.

Filed on the Record

The executed PDF lives on the employee’s HR Documents card, with the form number opening the original.
