Your Books, Inside the Platform
One hub for the money side of the business. Billing, the check registry, purchase order payments and the records they touch all sit together, so you are not exporting to a second system to find out what you owe or what you have paid.
How the money side runs
- Work turns into invoices from the jobs, tickets and contracts you already track.
- Bills and purchase orders arrive against the vendor and part records that ordered them.
- Write the check from the registry, print it on your own voucher stock, and the purchase order settles by reference.
- Void a check and the purchase order reopens on its own, because paid is calculated from live checks rather than a stored flag.
What you can manage
Check Registry
Every check keeps its number for good. Voiding consumes the number rather than freeing it, so the sequence always reconciles.
Check Printing
Prints on standard QuickBooks voucher stock with the amount spelled out. A per field drag editor nudges any element to match your printer.
Bank Accounts
Name, bank and the last four digits only. Routing and account numbers live on the check stock, never in the database.
Pay Purchase Orders
A check references the purchase order instead of editing it. Paid is the sum of live checks, so the math is always current.
Billing and Invoices
Invoices, dunning and account freezes for the customers who owe you, tied to the same customer record as everything else.
One Hub
Sub-contractors, vendors, parts, quotes, tickets and HR documents are all one click from the accounting home.
