Blackhawk Technologies Alerts Effective Date: August 10, 2026
1. About This Program
Blackhawk Technologies LLC sends operational text messages to technicians and to the customers they serve through the Blackhawk field service platform. Messages include work ticket assignments, schedule changes, appointment reminders, technician en route notices, and job completion updates.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages on this program.
2. How to Join
You may enroll your own mobile number on our text alerts sign-up page, or you may give your mobile number and your consent to a Blackhawk representative or to a contractor who uses the Blackhawk platform.
Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase or of receiving service. There is no fee to join beyond your own carrier charges.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your jobs and appointments. Most recipients receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Blackhawk Technologies does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan.
5. How to Stop
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also contact us using the details below and we will remove your number.
6. How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at the email address or phone number listed in the Contact Us section below.
7. Supported Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, and Google Voice. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number is used only to send the messages described in these terms. No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.
